Just weeks after Labour voted against our proposals to tighten the requirements for migrants to receive ILR, the Government have announced a version of our plans.

If Labour are serious about doing the same, they must implement our ILR plans in full and back our other proposals such as disapplying the Human Rights Act in immigration cases and setting a binding annual cap on migration.
